Bring the question, not the guess.
Email juneki@polsia.app for file guidance, an unavailable payment, a verification issue, or a saved-report question. Do not send the original workbook by email unless Juneki asks you to do so.
Paid launch is Shopify-only. Export products and orders from Shopify Admin, then add any separate refund, transaction, fee, or cost evidence you want reviewed.
Values-only CSV/XLSX is accepted. Unsupported formats, formulas, macros, external links, mixed currencies, and ambiguous mappings are rejected or held for manual confirmation.
The planned audit price is $49 USD, charged only through the hosted Polsia-managed checkout when launch is enabled.
Checkout is currently disabled while payment onboarding, test-mode verification, policy approval, and browser acceptance are completed. No payment is taken from this page.
